Yes, all Cheyenne Tattoo needles and cartridges undergo a rigorous EO (Ethylene Oxide) gas sterilization process and are individually blister-packed for maximum safety.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened equipment. For hygiene reasons, opened boxes of needles or ink cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.
Do you offer a warranty on tattoo machines?
All professional Cheyenne machines come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and performance issues under normal operating conditions.
